The Duchess chooses Vivien Sheriff for her first royal engagement

The global media spotlight beamed heavily on the small welsh town of Anglesey on 24th Feb 2011 as Kate Middleton first stepped out with Prince William.

And so it was a true honour to see a beautiful Kate on the front pages of all the major newspapers and magazines, wearing her Vivien Sheriff pheasant adorned velvet beret, on that historical day.

This piece has now become an icon, symbolising the first time Kate was seen by the world in her new Royal capacity.
